Seminar - Past, Present, and Future of Sensory and Consumer Science (AEPAS), 8 September 2023

Asociación Española de Profesionales del Análisis Sensorial (AEPAS) is organising an International Seminar in collaboration with Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), to be held on the 8th of September 2023 at the facilities of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica, Alimentaria y de Biosistemas (ETSIAAB). This Seminar will be organised in hybrid format (presential and online).

For organization purposes, we will send a link to register close to the date through AEPAS. Support from AEPAS and "Master of Economics of Agriculture and Natural Resources" of the UPM is acknowledged. Registration will not require any fees.

TITLE:

"Past, present and future of sensory and consumer science".

PROGRAM:

  • 9:45h-10:00: Welcome and introduction. Carolina Chaya (UPM).
  • 10:00-11.00: "Evolution of Sensory and Consumer methods". Pascal Schlich (INRAE).
  • 11:00-12:00: "Evolution of Sensometric methods". Mostafa Qannari (ONIRIS).
  • 12:00-13:00: Round Table "Future trends on Sensory and Consumer Science". Pascal Schlich (INRAE), Mostafa Qannari (ONIRIS), Carolina Chaya (UPM), Amparo Tárrega (CSIC).
