Hands On Data Exploration, Preference, Sensory and Emotion Mapping for Food, Beverage and Personal Products

This course covers the key techniques used to analyse consumer trial data:

  1. Testing for product differences in   liking
  2. Analysing JAR and CATA scale data
  3. Investigating consumer segmentation
  4. Mapping and linking liking, sensory  and emotion data

Attendees will gain hands on experience of analysing and modelling data using XLSTAT software .
The course is scheduled to run just before the NZ/OZ Sensory Symposium so that you join the symposium and improve your statistical skills all in the same week.
