Purpose of Symposium

Rapid measurement, whether for composition, identity, quality or contamination is essential in food and agriculture. Sensor technology is rapidly advancing with significant new developments in sensors arrays, e-nose, e-tongue, nano-enabled sensors, labs-on-chips, biosensors, atmospheric mass spectrometers and others.
